Street kitchen can be mobile or stationary: http://flook.it/community/anderslager/260634#shrl
Note from asker:
The concept is slightly different compared to the street kitchen you linked to. The UK street kitchen is a mobile unit. The gatukök (Scankök) is non-mobile (in a small building/kiosk).
