organiser Explanation: I would actually go with the Skolverket suggestion. A Swedish school "huvudman" can be an authority but also an individual or a not for profit business, in the case of the many schools. esp. preschools (usually very small) and vocational training institutions that are "fristående skolor" or "enskild verksamhet". Some of the Skolverket texts use "huvudman" and "utbildningsanordnare" as synonyms - hence, I suppose, the "organiser". |
