Swedish term or phrase: effektmål
This comes from a text on how to manage change in organizations. The term "effektmål" occurs throughout the text and from what I can gather, it simply relates to the objective of a particular project or process. It also appears to be a term commonly used in Swedish project management contexts. So, my question is simply if there is a corresponding term used in (US) English.

Please note that this term has already been up for discussion here on KudoZ, but I have my doubts regarding the answers proposed back then.

English translation:outcome objective(s)
Explanation:
Outcome objectives is common, see e.g. https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/the-complete-idiots/978... Impact objectives would also work but seems slightly less common, and outcome seems more prevalent in US English.

(AmE & BrE) impact-based goal

Explanation:
A variation on the previous answer of 'impact goal' and one with -based that makes for easier BrE reading.

Example sentence(s):
  • Outcome-based goal setting gets everyone aligned first, before you even begin to think about your individual goal.

Reference information:
Here's a definition you may like to see, which is much clearer than what you describe. I haven't really understood this difference either and used 'effect objectives.' Both are apparently used, but Matt' 'outcome objectives' are used much more. And really, makes more sense based on the Swedish definition here.
