General Memo / Product Specific Memo Explanation: This is how I would play it. I figure 'product specific memo' speaks for itself and therefore "grund-PM" is the opposite - a non-specific of general memo. |

research paper or background paper/products report or MSDS Explanation: I don't have the same translation for PM in both phrases, but I feel they need to be different. If it's a translation for the US, a memo is not the same as a scientific research paper.
