Hello

Still on an text about plate forming equipment and now in particular, plate bending rolls machines, I have a number of cells as follows

Förbockning 20 x 3000 mm
Rundbockning 25 x 3000 mm

Till runt 500 mm

It is 'till runt' that has confused me.

Is this the tightest bend ? (the roll with the smallest diameter?)

How is this said in English in a specification?

This is what the 'till runt' means in everyday usage. A look at other sites with bockning makes this seem like they are discussing sizes or lengths - of up to 500 mm...is this a machine -- then it could be the max size of plate it can handle for processing ... see http://www.qimtek.se/profile/junoverken_ab-93SLX19690.html

Here is the same wording from an Eng site 'Minimum dia 500 mm' which says 'down to', actually. I first thought of diameter, but messed up my measurement calculations deciding against it. I'd go with the 'approximately' on this one, but now we understand exactly!
