Si tratta di un termine largamente sinonimo di "disposiciones/disposizioni". L'ho incontrato proprio in questi giorni traducendo l'allegato a una sentenza di divorzio e l'ho reso con "clausole" ma ciò non toglie che la maggior parte delle soluzioni che vedo già proposte non sia altrettanto valida...
