CÓMO SE CONSTRUYE UN BARCO

En el período comprendido entre la Edad Media y el siglo XVIII, se produce en Europa una evolución de los sistemas constructivos. Destaca entre otras el abandono del sistema de forro primero, o de fuera a dentro, en favor del sistema de estructura primero, o de dentro a fuera. A principios del siglo XX, cuando los astilleros del Zaporito alcanzan su cota más alta de producción, el sistema constructivo es el mismo, y lo continúa siendo en las pocas carpinterías de ribera existentes.

1-2.-En primer lugar se prepara el asiento de la embarcación, los llamados picaderos, sobre el que asentará la quilla, el eje longitudinal.

3.- La roda y el codaste se ensamblan a la quilla por su proa y popa respectivamente. Además, se coloca la carlinga, sobre la que apoyará la base del mástil.

4.- A continuación se colocan la cuaderna maestra y los **redeles** de proa y popa, que sirven como referencia para trazar las curvas del barco.

Asker: Hallo Konrad, Zunächst einmal vielen herzlichen Dank für Deinen Vorschlag. Bei mir tut sich nun aber die Frage auf, wenn "rodeles" Steven sind, was sind den dann die unter Punkt 3 genannten "roda" und "codaste"? Laut IATE sind das der Vor- und Achtersteven.
