in Verbindung mit der Bestellung einer Grundstückshypothek in Spanien. Ich verstehe den Zusammenhang ab "que resulte de sumar …“ nicht mit diesen 50 %.

Zusammenhang: vorzeitige Fälligkeit der Hypothek z.B. bei

Arrendamiento de la vivienda por una renta que capitalizada al tante por ciento
que resulte de sumar al interes legal del dinero un cincuenta por ciento mas no cubra la responsabilidad total (gesamte Hypothekenschuld) asegurada.

Voy a agregar un paréntesis, a ver si se entiende mejor el sentido de la oración:

"Arrendamiento de la vivienda por una renta que capitalizada al XX% (que resulte de sumar al interés legal del dinero un cincuenta por ciento más) no cubra la responsabilidad total asegurada."

Por ejemplo: si el interés legal del dinero es el 8%, hay que sumarle el cincuenta por ciento de eso (es decir, 4%) y como resultado da un 12%, que es el XX% de la frase.
