im spanischen Urteil im größeren Zusammenhang mit einer Verletzungsklage steht "patente ***validada como ES XXX***".

Ist das im Deutsche "unter" oder "als"?

Aus Vertraulichkeitsgründen sehe ich von einer Originalwiedergabe des Satzes ab:

DE:
X ist Inhaberin des europäischen Patents EP YYY, das in Spanien ***unter ES XXX validiert*** ist; es wurde am Datum D beim Europäischen Patentamt (EPA) angemeldet, am Datum R veröffentlicht und am Datum P erteilt (wobei es am Datum L erlischt).

Ich danke der Community für informierte Einschätzungen, gerne auch Googleauswertungen, falls diese einen argumentativen Punkt machen, da ich selbst damit hier nicht zurande kam.

Meine These findet sich oben unter DE. Das heißt aber nicht, dass ich das sicher weiß. Ist nur Bauchgefühl.
