agree  Martin Kreutzer: Lavaröhre ist korrekt. Schlot ist falsch, da ein Schlot vertikal im Vulkan verläuft und eine Lavaröhre mehr oder weniger horizontal unter der Lava verläuft, auch weit entfernt vom Krater.

Auch Lavatunnel ist ein gängiger Begriff. Diese Gebilde entstehen, wenn dünnflüssige (heiße und SiO2-arme) Laven unter ihren bereits erstarrten Krusten (her-) auslaufen:

Es gibt jedoch auch Röhrenlava als geometrisch treffendere Bezeichnung für Kissenlava - ein anderes Phänomen:
