Explanation:
Hierbei sollte geklärt werden, ob es sich um den (sehr edlen) Echten Bonito (Katsuo) handelt oder um den günstigeren Unechten Bonito (daher die Sternchen).
„Weißer Thunfisch“ klingt zu ungenau.

Oder ist am Ende der „Bonito del Norte“ gemeint? Der entspricht dem Weißen Thun (Thunnus alalunga) bzw. Langflossenthun.
