Wenn man über lebende Bäume/Blätter spricht, sind sie dicht/dichtes Blattwerk und eng anliegend (am Stamm). Also würde ich eventuell "dichtes, eng am Stamm anliegendes Blattwerk" verwenden.
Bei "gepresst" denkt man doch meistens an gepresste (tote) Blätter (Herbarium), oder nicht?

P.S.: Was auch immer gut passt ist "dicht gedrängtes Blattwerk", damit hat man "apretado" und "embutido" abgedeckt.
