Je traduis un scénario , et à un moment un homme appelle sa compagne qui habite loin pour le moment et il lui parle de sexe et il lui dit:

"Me gustaba hacerte la cucharita"

Et je ne sais pas comment on peut le dire en français, désolé si c'est un peu sexuel.

Mais c'est pour les raisons du scénario.

Je dirais même que selon le niveau de langue du scénario, si c'est un peu plus familier, il faudrait utiliser : "j'aimais te prendre en cuillère" (ou en petite cuillère).

pas de doute, l'expression est la même en français, et j'imagine dans pas mal de langues (sans doute pas en Asie où on utilise des baguettes!). la position de la cuillère ou petite cuillère est assez évidente...
