En Amérique latine, dans le cadre hospitalier, "piso" est l'endroit où se trouvent les chambres d'hospitalisation, usuellement séparées par spécialité ou étage : "piso de neurología, pediatría, etc." Il faudrait un peu plus de contexte pour le confirmer, mais je doute qu'il s'agisse de "piso" dans le sens d'un appartement particulier. On pourrait donc envisager service ou unité d'hospitalisation. |
