Explanation:
Je suis d'accord avec Fransua dans le sens où "mention très bien avec félicitations du jury" concerne généralement un diplôme, par exemple reçu au bac avec la mention très bien et les félicitations du jury. Mais en Espagne, cela s'applique aussi aux examens, et effectivement aux examens il n'y a pas de mention (sauf si ça a changé depuis, mais je n'ai jamais eu de note avec mention à un examen de maths ou d'anglais).

Une possibilité est donc d'utiliser des notes équivalentes:
10: sobresaliente (matrícula de honor)
8,5 à 9: sobresaliente
7 à 8,4: notable
etc.
