Riz aux poissons Explanation: El caldero se hace cociendo todo tipo de pescados (generalmente de aspecto poco atractivo). A continuación, en el caldo obtenido se hace el arroz, que queda algo caldoso y con mucho sabor. Normalmente se sirve el arroz solo acompañado de alioli (mayonesa con ajo), aunque siempre se ofrece al comensal la posibilidad de tomar el pescado previamente cocido. |
