Hola a todos! Por favor, deseo encontrar el equivalente para el producto "Leche Evaporada" que usamos aqui en nuestras comidas peruanas. Necesito traducir una receta (papa a la huancaina) para una amiga francesa quien no sabe bien que producto considerar en Francia como la leche evaporada en su mercado. Mil gracias!!

neutral  Manuela Mariño Beltrán (X): La "leche evaporada" n'est pas la "leche condensada". Mais dans ce cas, le fait d'avoir précisé que c'est non sucré est parfait, puisque c'est le sucre qui fait de "la leche condensada" un produit si épais. Sauf qu'il faut le mettre en français Mamie ;-)
