Reference: hilos de pan Reference information: Je pense que ma réponse en ce qui concerne le désaccord pour "pain marocain" n'était pas claire. Je viens d'appeler un ami restaurateur franco-mexicain. Pour lui aussi "hilos de pan" correspond à une pâte à beignet, ou tempura, comme le suggère Interlangue, dans laquelle on trempe les crevettes avant friture. J'espère que cela vous aidera ! |
