Abuela materna de contacto peculiar, según refieren el paciente, pero sin diagnóstico psicopatológico claro.

The clinician who drafted the report wrote "contacto" when they meant "conducta."
OR
2.
The person transcribing the report from a recording or handwritten document wrote "contacto" instead of the "conducta" that had been originally uttered or handwritten.

In any way, the intended sense seems to be that "grandma was a bit off."
