Secretary for Research and Technology Transfer Explanation: I think this is probably what is meant here, although it's hard to be certain as we are given almost no context. It could be "...Research and [Technology] Transfer" to acknowledge that "[Technology] Transfer" in the translation is not completely supported in the ST. I think "Secretary for..." is likely to be better, more idiomatic English other options. |
