I have looked everywhere for the expansion of MVA. It seems that it is always mentioned as an abbreviation, which leaves me with no clue.

En este caso, MVA sin agregados hace referencia a una auscultación pulmonar normal, sin ruidos (patológicos) apreciables. En inglés creo que la fórmula más natural de expresarlo es como normal breath sounds (also normal lung sounds).
