Spanish term or phrase: PIL
Hi all,

I came across this acronym in the additional tests section of a patient's medical report. The patient is suspected to have arthritis. Here's the sentence:

Rx AP y PA de manos: No PIL ni erosiones.

I've tried and tried looking for it to no avail, I would much appreciate your help!

The report was issued in Spain and the target audience is in the UK.

Thanks in advance,

Nisah
