Almodovar dice: 'No naci en una familia apropiada' y despues repite la palabra 'apropiado/a tres veces: con su educacion, con el tiempo (Francista) y no se con que mas. Como traducirles?

I think you will have to be a bit creative.
'No naci en una familia apropiada = I was not born to a proper family.

This could mean that the family itself was not a true family or that they did not combly with the rules (which is more or less what the Spanish also infers).

educación apropiada = suitable education
tiempo apropiado: do they also add the 'no' to this?
I would go with 'right time' but it would depend on the rest of the context.
