No soy argentina, pero me estoy imaginando que el término es una forma graciosa de “sinvergüenza”. Veo en Twitter publicaciones que dicen “Te la tomaste toda, chingüegüencha”, que yo traduciría como “You drank it all, naughty boy (or naughty girl)”.
