This is in a notarial document relating to change of company structure and although I understand every word, I don't really know what the whole phrase means.

Los datos seran tratados y protegidos segun la Legislacion Notarial la Ley Organica 15/1999 de 13 de diciembre de Proteccion de Catos de Caracter Personal (o la Ley que la sustituya) y su normativa de desarrollo, y el Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento europeo y del Consejo de 27 de abril de 2016 relativo a la proteccion de las personas fisicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales y a la libre circulacion de estos datos y por el que se deroga la irectiva 95/46/CE.

Asimismo, hago constar que la presente escritura ha sido reactada de acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el Decreto 204, de 30 de Julio de 1998 de la Generalitat de Catalunya y con la **** eleccion hecha en el mismo ****.
