The second article reports ousted Bolivian President Evo Morales arriving in Argentina just days ago where, just as in the article you are translating, he can claim refugee status but also have the same rights as an Argentine citizen.

Asker: Catherine, thanks! I don't think your answer works in my context. I also found an article where "electoralización" is used to refer to politicians making policy decisions based on upcoming elections. So it's word we would refer to in Argentina as a comodín (a "jack-of-all-words", hahaha). Just an observation: In one instant, the names mentioned are "Rezónico y Morencos, 2009" and in another case, it is "Rezónio (without the "c") y Morencos, 2009". Clearly, one is incorrect.
