Spanish term or phrase: las bocas de aire
This is from a script about speleologists:

Alby sigue el curso de un río entre la nieve, el deshielo que desciende penetrando la roca. Escucha algo que le llama la atención, intenta orientarse donde encontrar las bocas de aire. Llega al acceso donde se introduce uno de los hilos de agua que caen desde lo alto, el canto de la cueva se escucha allí más notoriamente.

Is it the same as mouth of the cave?

air pockets
Explanation:
suggestion - air pockets are trapped air in caves that can be used by divers to come up for air, but they can also contain other gases, they are quartered off areas of air within a cave system.

Air holes are different.

disagree  Neil Ashby: Firstly, a blowhole corresponds to a sea cave (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blowhole_(geology)) - as the asker's case mentions a river and snow, I don't think it's a sea cave; secondly, your reference is the name of a specific cave.

air vents

Explanation:
We seem to be on the surface, watching water flow into hole above a cave.

agree  Sara Fairen: It seems to refer to some kind of air and water conduit, normally a fissure or fracture connecting a surface stream with an underground cave – not wide enough to be considered a passage.

-> Yes, I think so. Thank you, Sara!

neutral  neilmac: A vent is "an opportunity or means of escape or release" - i.e. an OUTLET, not an INLET.
