So far I have: "... extending overload capacity by 15% without lifetime reduction" - does it mean without reducing the lifetime of the transformer? I'm not sure if it's just me but something seems a little off about the original sentence.

From Googling, it seems like transformer lifetime reduction is a thing.

That's my take.
This transformer oil extends both the service life and also the overload capacity by 15%, without loss/reduction of service life

When overloaded, transformers produce more heat causing deterioration of the oil and subsequent transformer failure. Apparently this oil withstands the higher temperatures witout breaking down.
