La revisión de ciertas prácticas laborales en la forma de convenios laborales bajo la luz de la competencia ha resultado de gran importancia en la corrección de ciertas prácticas anticompetitivas, como ha sucedido en el sector de la estiba española, donde la decisión de la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNCM) de 2009, sustentada por la sentencia del TS de 14 de abril de 2014, que declaraba ilegales ciertas normas relativas al denominado “Fallido IV Acuerdo Marco”.

It´s some kind of framework agreement but not sure how to translate it.

agree  philgoddard: Although English doesn't tend to use Roman numerals - I assume that's what IV is. I'd just say "fourth".
