My reference is a link from an English University which contains a translation of a degree from Qatar. So it’s pretty relevant, and it’s not from Qatar.

disagree  AllegroTrans: This would never be seen on a law degree, OK for a child's school report // it's a straight translatiion for sure but is is never used at university level so it's effectively meaningless and confusing. Your ref refers to Qatar and is not relevant
