Una vez la presente sentencia adquiera la autoridad de la cosa irrevocablemente juzgada autoriza al mas diligente de los conyuges a porsentarse por ante la oficialia del estado civil, a fin de hacer pronuncial el divorcio y transcribir el dispositivo de la presente sentencia en el registro correspondiente previa intimacion a la otra parte por acto de alguacil a tales fines.


The whole paragraph just does not make sense. I got this done, but I am not satisfied with it.

agree  philgoddard: I don't think the Latin adds anything - just "becomes irrevocable" would do. And it's usually referred to as a decree in divorce cases.
