In this case, it appears to relate to how a person's name was registered in their own country. I would suggest merging this sentence with the previous one, so you will have: "Proof was provided that the registrant's nationality is XXXX and that his name is XXXX, in accordance with the personal law applicable to him, as evidenced by the supporting documentation dated XXXX". |
