Spanish term or phrase: Tercera fachada
Hi everyone,

The sentence is:

"El pavimento será la tercera fachada".

The context is the new paving which is going to be used for a major street set to be redeveloped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Third façade
Explanation:
I'm basing this on the following guesswork:

I presume that:
1. there are other prominently visible aspects to this redevelopment - maybe building coverings, extensive landscaping, or other things that occupy a significant portion of a visitor's field of vision.
2. at least two other such elements have already been discussed. (Are there other such surfaces or other elements in this redevelopment?)

This might also mean "frontage" or, more generally, "aspect"

agree  Hugh Thomson: Difficult to be sure, without further context, but I agree with Luigi’s theory that other elements (perhaps the building elevations) represent the first two façades, and the paving is the third.
