Spanish term or phrase: Tipo (de la base del Impuesto)
SPAIN/LatAm. Another cryptic software string. As 'tipo' can mean either 'type' or 'rate', I'm in a quandary (again!!) about which will be the most appropriate option. There are many entries in the glossary, but none of them is helping.

FWIW, a search for 'tax base type' gets 30,800 hits; a similar search for 'tax base rate' gets only 865.

The whole string I have to translate is:

"Tipo de la base del Impuesto 1"
