general power to represent Explanation: termin prokura je u srpskohrvatski dosao preko nemackog prava. U engleskom "porcuracy/procuration" ne postoji kao pravni termin (u svakom slucaju ne u britanskom pravu), tako da engleski pravnik tu rec verovatno nece dobro razumeti ako nije poznat i sa nemackom pravnim sistemom.
