collateral

Explanation:

WNW Dictionary:
"collateral": anything, such as stocks or bonds, that secures or guarantees the discharge of an obligation

"lien": a claim on the property of another as security for the payment of a just debt.

Glossary of Commercial law and Trade:

"collateral": property that is pledged as security for a satisfaction of a debt.

"collateral loan": loan secured by pledge of specific property.

"lien": А legal right or interest that a creditor has in another's property, lasting usually until a debt or duty that is secured is satisfied. Typically, the creditor does not take possession of the property on which the lien has been obtained. Also: secured interest.

pozdrav,
