  -> moguće da je pisac hteo da kaže da su državni službenici u lošem položaju a radnici u privatnom sektoru u još neuporedivo gorem, ali mi to ne zvuči mnogo verovatno. Zaista bi bilo korisno imati tekst u celini, tek onda je moguće biti 100% siguran.
