Serbian term or phrase: puj pike, ne važi
Has anyone ever come up with a good rendition for this in English? I can't give you the full context, but it's basically about someone behaving in a rather relaxed way in an organisation where discipline is the norm. And someone else is wondering how he got away with that lack of discipline and he asks, "I have never heard of anyone saying 'Puj pike ne važi' in [this kind of organisation]". Something like, in the sense of "the rules don't apply to me". But maybe there is a more general rendition of this phrase someone can come up with?

All bets are off

Explanation:
This idiom or expression like sentence means:

Rules don’t apply any more.
All agreements are canceled.

Example sentence(s):
  • A. And one more thing, I also want a 20% raise every year? B. In that case all bets are off! We never talked about an automatic raise before.

I couldn't care less

Explanation:
Or "I could care less" in US English.

Strictly speaking, this is not what "Puj, pike, ne važi" means (something along the lines of "the rules of the game have just changed whether you like it or not"), but it might fit into your context.

untouchable

Explanation:
It's obviously not a saying in the way the source is but, imagining some banter between (junior) colleagues, you could imagine one bragging that he is 'untouchable', implying that he is immune in some way, either from rules or else he is somehow has projection from a superior. So, it's not quite the same thing but might work depending on the wider context.
