Kako XXX do današnjeg dana nije isplatio štete po prijavljenim štetnim događajima Banci, gde je neke od njih izričito odbijao da isplati, kao ni za povraćaj više uplaćenih sredstava povodom kolektivnog osiguranja kredita, Banka je za pomoć zamolila nadležnu funkciju matične banke, u cilju posredovanja u iznalaženju rešenja za ove probleme.

Banka Bank Mellat uključena je u djelatnosti kojima pruža podršku i pomaže iranskom nuklearnom programu te programu balističkih projektila. Pružala je bankarske usluge subjektima koji se nalaze na popisu UN‑a i EU‑a ili subjektima koji nastupaju u ime ili prema uputama tih subjekata ili subjektima koje isti nadziru ili su u njihovom vlasništvu. Ta je banka matična banka banke First East Export Bank navedene Rezoluciji VSUN‑a 1929”.

It is the parent bank of First East Export Bank which is designated under UNSCR 1929.’

Povećanje prodaje vjerojatno je bilo potaknuto i čimbenicima ponude i čimbenicima potražnje; matične banke aktivnije su smanjivale svoje portfelje takvih kredita, dok su kupci prepoznavali potencijal hrvatskog tržišta.

The increase in sales was probably driven by both supply and demand factors; parent banks have more actively reduced their portfolios of such loans, while buyers have recognised the potential of the Croatian market.
