agree  BUZOV: But, NOT ONLY "chunks of a head" ... together with the head we COOK pig's SKIN, FAT, MEAT CHUNKS ... After cutting by knife and stuffing a (pig's) STOMACH/PAUNCH (INTESTINE) with the mass, it requires several minutes of ADDITIONLA COOKING, then SMOKING .
