Asker: Hvala na predlogu svakako, i možda (bez chief) i može u ovom konkretnom slučaju, ali nadala sam se da ima nešto što odgovara opštem slučaju. Npr. Megatrend na svom sajtu kaže: Fakultet ima organ rukovođenja (Savet), organ poslovođenja (Dekan) itd... Gavrilo je dobro objasnio.

neutral  gavrilo: Можда без „chief“, CEO се код нас најчешће преводи као „генерални директор“, а не знамо да ли је то и овде случај. А и како бисте онда превели „орган“ (орган управљања), а да то буде конзистентно са овим преводом? Мислим да је у томе суштина овог питања.
