(conectivo fibroso, músculos lisos y estriados, tejido adiposo, nervios, vasos sanguíneos...)

En cualquier caso, en este tipo de contexto médico se mencionan siempre cabeza y cuello o bien cabeza, cara y cuello. También lo he leído en inglés en varios artículos médicos como "head and neck".
