presso il Presidente Explanation: Andrebbe forse bene anche "sotto il patrocinio" o "patrocinato dal Presidente", ma in realtà, più che patrocinata, questa istituzione è in un certo senso subordinata alla Presidenza della Repubblica, funziona in collaborazione con essa, forma i quadri che lavoreranno anche per essa. Spesso si usa tradurlo con "presso" (infatti, anche l'articolo Wiki in francese, per esempio, lo rende con "presso", e le analoghe accademie russa e ucraina in italiano hanno "presso"). |

presidenziale Explanation: Я бы назвала Accademia presidenziale по аналогии с переводом Российской академии народного хозяйства и государственной службы при Президенте Российской Федерации - Accademia presidenziale russa dell'economia nazionale e della pubblica amministrazione. Presso il Presidente non suona bene. Sotto il patrocinio, può essere, se è patrocinata da lui. |
