Здесь - очень тонкое отличие, многие не разделяют.
Для того, чтобы человека, отбывшего наказание, признали несудимым, должен пройти установленный законом срок. После этого судимость погашается.
Если человек признается несудимым до истечения данного срока, то это снятие судимости. В принципе, результат тот же, но юридически - нет.
Аналогично и в немецком законодательстве существуют Strafloesung und Straftilgung.

Здесь - очень тонкое отличие, многие не разделяют.
Для того, чтобы человека, отбывшего наказание, признали несудимым, должен пройти установленный законом срок. После этого судимость погашается.
Если человек признается несудимым до истечения данного срока, то это снятие судимости. В принципе, результат тот же, но юридически - нет.
Аналогично и в немецком законодательстве существуют Strafloesung und Straftilgung.
