Ce n'est pas le meilleur alcool, car ils existent encore "Luxe"; "Extra" etc., mais cet alcool est de la meilleure qualité que l'alcool de la 1ère cathégorie.

L’équivalent français doit être alcool surfin, mais je crois, que ces alcools ne sont pas identiques.
