Thank you to my colleagues for their help; unfortunately, neither answer can really be used in this context. If it had been in an older context I would have agreed with Vladimir Dubisskiy on 'grey blankets' - we had plenty of them when I first joined a voluntary ambulance service in 1974, but the items illustrated in the web-page given above are much more attractive. If someone said to me in the UK that they produced 'institutional blankets', it would not have registered, as we refer to 'hospital blankets', 'hotel blankets', etc., which narrows down the context too much. I eventually had to go for a vague 'blankets for large organisations'. But again, thanks for your help.
