Russian term or phrase: ведомственные одеяла
Items produced by a textile factory. There are plenty of references, many with photos, on Yandex, but I cannot see the point of 'ведомственные'; are they specifically for hospitals, hotels, etc?

...It brought boxes filled with 4,000 soft gray blankets that will be distributed soon to area schools.

We carry new and military surplus wool blankets through a range of prices. ... Our blankets are new or used good-condition military surplus blankets. ...

The blankets could be used by students if the worst ever happens and they have to wait out a deadly chemical release from the depot in the safe, overpressurized rooms at the schools.

Ed Ruttan, disaster planner with the Red Cross, said the blankets came from a federal and state surplus office in Salem. Stored in boxes indicating they came from Fort Dix in New Jersey, the blankets came at a bargain price for the Red Cross.
