disagree  Laura Friend: Sorry, the way I see it, "flowing" is for things like evening gowns. What's being described here is shorter, more light-hearted dresses, in "floaty" fabrics. // True, tops can also flow, but the point is that MJ fabrics are currently marketed as floaty.
