Russian term or phrase:

neutral  El oso: "fucking around" doesn't necessarily involve sexual intercourse:http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fucking aroun... //Так здесь блядство именно про интеркорс. К чему эта софистика?)Да, такое значение есть, но оно одно из "myriad" других.

-> гг, так можно сказать, что и блядство совсем не всегда про интеркорс. тем не менее, значение такое есть, и даже первое у наших друзей в урбане http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=fuck around // в этом контексте оно вполне считывается, кмк.

prohibit screwing and boozing on company time

Explanation:
Company time (idiom):
Time for which one is being compensated by one's employer, and for which the employer is therefore responsible for the welfare of the employee, and the employee is expected to refrain from engaging in personal interests

neutral  VASKON: Literary perfect, but doesn't this refer to the initiative of women, while the term under discussion refers mainly to men' actions towards women, at the start at least. This is a funny change of gender tinge of the word.
