Состояние диска зрительного нерва (ДЗН) оценивали с помощью конфокальной лазерной сканирующей офтальмоскопии с применением приборов Heidelberg Retina Tomograph II и III («Heidelberg Engineering», Германия).
В качестве основных морфометрических параметров ДЗН использовали площадь нейроретинального пояска (rim area, мм2) и его объем (rim volume, мм3).
Показатели пациентов сравнивали с нормативной базой прибора.
