It may be better to use Grand Duke. Or maybe not... You see, there is a problem with the original text: strictly speaking, "князь всея Руси" is inaccurate – no matter the source and the suitable "hits" (there are hits for everything): there can't be "князь всея Руси". It must be "великий князь всея Руси". That's certain.
However, at this point we are opening a small can of worms (and dukes/princes). If you are talking about the period when Russia was already ruled by tzars and later the emperors, the Grand Duke (or in my view less accurately, and in Wiki's view more accurately Great Prince) of all Rus was practically a honorary title (i.e. the tzar's brother). If on the other hand you're talking about pre-tzarist Russia, the Grand Duke of all Rus was effectively a proto-monarch (i.e. Vladimir of Kiev). So, the period is of crucial importance. To distinguish those two contexts from each other, I would use Grand Duke for the tzarist period and the Great Prince for the proto monarchic period... the great prince – princeps – being the first among the other dukes...
